Guarantee & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee or replacement service on goods that are returned in the original wrapping that are undamaged, stained or that have been cleaned with the exception of close fitting underwear which we are not able to accept.

All return items must be notified by email first to sales@thailsilkclothes.com with the reason for return and must be posted by standard delivery to our UK address marked

This refund policy does not include tailor-made clothes or dresses as these items can only be returned for inspection if it is claimed there is a defect in the making or some other defect, and or the garment does not fit and does not match the measurements provided. These items will be inspected and if it is agreed Thai Silk Clothes may at their discretion offer a replacement or a refund or alterations as we see fit. Our aim is to provide customer satisfaction but we reserve the right to reject any claim by a customer if we feel it is inappropriate or unjustified. Thai Silk Clothes also reserve the right to retain a deposit of no more than 70% of the Garment sale cost and this is also at the Directors discretion and any such decision is final.

In the unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction, in the first instance Please email us prior to your dispatch to us to tell us about your reasons for doing so or call to discuss the problem.  Once agreed please return the goods to the address on your delivery note which is the UK address as supplied above. We are committed to providing you with a first class service.

Thai Silk Clothes will at their discretion refund the cost of returning the item at standard postal charges for 2nd class post not next day special delivery cost unless this is agreed prior to posting with a director of Thai Silk Clothes.
