How to Pay
Full payment is required upon placing an order prior to dispatch unless you ordering Tailor Made garments where we offer the option of a deposit payment and balance prior to dispatch. Items purchased should be for personal use and or a gift and not for resale if you are looking for a trade order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
thaisilkclothes.com cannot be held responsible for any imposed customs duties prior to delivery as it is at the discretion of the delivery countries customs and excise officers who can impose import duties if they think the goods are for resale or according to local custom and excise laws.
We offer several ways to pay
- Secure Online Payment with Credit or Debit Card
- Bank To Bank Payment
- Offline Postal Payment by Cheque
1. Online Payment
The fastest and cheapest way to receive your goods is to make payment online using our secure merchant services with Secpay and RBS who will process your card payment.
2. Bank To Bank payments
Can be made by transferring a payment from your bank directly to our company account which will take 3 to 4 days to arrive and may cost you a transfer fee [check with your Bank first]
3. Offline postal payments
Can be made by printing out your order and posting it together with a cheque to our office. This will take a little more time to clear your payment which may be delayed or at worst lost in the post.
International purchasers living outside the UK can use their credit cards to make payments or bank to bank transfers only

Postal Payments by Cheque: UK customers ONLY
UK Customers have the option to pay by cheque. Please proceed through the checkout and you will be given the option to print out your order ready to post instead of being redirected to our payment site. We regret we cannot accept foreign cheques of any kind. Please do not send cash or postal or money orders, we only accept payments as stated above as this is most secure and eliminates delays.
