All customers personal details held on our computer database are protected under the conditions of the data protection act. Your name, e-mail address and other details will not be given to a third party.

All Items sold are subject to availability

We endeavour to fulfil your order however reserve the right to offer alternatives prior to despatch as not all items are kept in stock and suppliers may decide to alter change or delete manufacture without notifying us.

Delivery Times

As we value our customers, we will endeavour to deliver your orders as soon as we can. In most cases we dispatch the orders on the same day as the order has been placed. Naturally tailor-made items like clothes will be longer as these are truly made to your order and in the case of measurement clarification it may be necessary to contact you by email or even by telephone. Delivery will usually take up to 10 working days for normal items worldwide whereas Tailor-made items will take up to an additional 14 days prior to despatch. At the time of your order confirmation we will advise you by email of the expected delivery times.

Contract

The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will always use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise as this is by far the most sensible way and low cost way to resolve any dispute.
